RESITRIX® Pipe Sleeves
Pipe sleeves are prefabricated, weldable EPDM components designed for sealing round roof penetrations with diameters ranging from 5 to 100 mm in diameter. Each sleeve features a durable EPDM upstand and a base collar made from a circular cut-out of RESITRIX® SK W Full Bond, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.

Applications
A secure, watertight connection between the pipe sleeve and the roof membrane is achieved using hot-air welding, with a minimum weld width of 40 mm. Before fitting, the sleeve must be trimmed to size to ensure a precise fit over the top of the roof penetration. Once cut, the RESITRIX® collar is then pulled tightly into place and secured at the top using a stainless steel clamp band. This ensures a tight seal, effectively preventing water ingress and protecting against splash water.
