RESITRIX® MB EPDM Waterproofing Membrane
RESITRIX® MB is a hot air-weldable waterproofing membrane with a synthetic rubber (EPDM) base. It’s particularly suited to mechanical fixation and loose laying with ballasting. RESITRIX® MB is also suitable for loose laying in the building waterproofing sector.
EPDM offers a lifespan of over 70 years due to its extreme weather and ageing resistance, and its permanently elastic behaviour, as certified by a long-term study from the independent testing institute Süddeutsches Kunststoff-Zentrum (SKZ)
Installation is straightforward and safe, requiring no open flames. It features a 100% leak-proof welded seam, allowing for easy visual inspection.
