For years, the city council of Immenstadt in the Allgäu debated what to do with the dilapidated Königsegg Primary School. The building has since been completely renovated according to the plans of Kempten-based architect Andrea Kneißl. The most important measure was the complete renewal of the roof: The original flat roof was replaced by a hipped roof construction, which was efficiently sealed with four large HERTALAN® EASY COVER EPDM membranes. Using the CARLISLE® induction system, a high-quality solution was implemented, ensuring the school building is long-term protected from moisture.
