A high-quality general purpose intumescent sealant with acoustic properties. When subject to flame, ARBO® XL 1075 intumesces and chars, blocking the passage of fire and smoke. ARBO® XL 1075 has good adhesion to a wide variety of common construction substrates without the need of a primer.

Intumesces under flame to provide resistance to fire and smoke
Helps reduce sound transmission through joints
Fire resistance up to 4 hours independently verified (BS EN 1366-4:2021)
Tested in joints up to 50mm wide
Paintable – with water-based paints after 3 hours, gloss paints after 12 hours
