Arbosil XL 1099 S is a one-part low modulus neutral cure silicone sealant that is non-staining on sensitive natural and manufactured substrates. Formulated specifically for marble, granite, precast concrete, and other materials susceptible to staining from standard silicones, it delivers 50% movement accommodation, excellent adhesion, and a 25+ year service life.

ARBOSEAL Pro® Arbosil XL 1099 S prevents the staining and discolouration that standard silicones can cause on sensitive substrates, without compromising on flexibility or service life.
Non-staining formulation — prevents discolouration of marble, granite, and precast concrete
Low modulus flexible seal — 50% movement accommodation in butt joints
Excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including PVC-U and aluminium frames
Neutral cure chemistry — no acetic acid release, suitable for sensitive materials
Available in multiple colours including White, Black, Anthracite, and Limestone
25+ year service life — meets BS EN ISO 11600 F/G – 25 LM and BS 5889 Type A: 1989
