Used in prisons for perimeter sealing of cell doors and windows, sanitary ware fixings, heavy-duty floor joints, and tile joints, it provides a 25+ year service life with no primer required.

Shore D hardness of 60–70 — extreme physical robustness for security-critical applications
Chemical resistance to dilute acids, alkalis, petrol, diesel, and common solvents
25+ year service life — long-term performance confirmed to BS 8000-16
